Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge if done prior to 24 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are subject to 100% of the service fee.

• Cancellations made within 48–24 hours or no-shows are subject to 50% of the service fee.

• Rescheduling at the time of cancellation waives all cancellation fees.

Outcalls
Outcall appointments are available for existing clients only and incur an additional $50–$70 fee, based on:

• Appointment length

• Location & travel time

• Parking availability

Final pricing includes travel & tip and will be provided as a flat rate before booking is confirmed.

Payments
All sales are final. Appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
